30P LAN #1 has been open for signups for two days and the bookings are coming in at a rapid pace.

It is obvious from the feedback at IRC and the comments in forums that people think that this is a good initiative.

We would like to clarify certain things and remind you of others.

 

First a checklist for signing up:

1. Create an account at http://www.30p.se
2. Make sure you complete EVERYTHING on your profile at http://www.30p.se/community
3. Join the 30P LAN event at http://www.30p.se/lan (click "Sign up" at the top of the page)
4. Reserve ticket for either byoc or non-byoc tournaments, choose payment method (PayPal or Bank Transfer) Choose bank transfer if you want to pay later.
5. Create your team and add your team members
6. Sign the team up for the tournament you want to participate in.

First we would like to clarify how the two tournaments work:

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included for ALL contestants for the duration of the LAN, including one manager
Sleeping area is reserved for Byoc contestants mainly (non-byoc teams on request only)

Byoc has a lower entry fee and the byoc-tickets include a spot in the sleeping area free of charge.
This tournament is aimed at less experienced teams.

Non-Byoc tournament has a higher ticket price and is aimed at experienced teams only.
Non-Byoc teams can not participate in the Byoc tournament.
